Terms of Service
1. The service
runthisby.me is a personal website designed to allow its owner and operator (the "Operator") to interface directly with their own AI assistant. The Operator may also personally invite a small number of individuals they know ("Invited Contacts") to interact with the assistant as part of existing arrangements with the Operator, for example a household member using it for errands. It is a private, invitation-only system: it is not offered to the public, it has no public registration or sign-up, and it provides no services to anyone the Operator has not invited.
2. Authorized use
Use of this site, and of any messaging channel connected to it, is restricted to the Operator and Invited Contacts. Any access, use, or communication by anyone else is unauthorized and prohibited. Probing, scanning, scraping, or attempting to access any part of the system is forbidden.
3. SMS messaging program
This site's SMS program exists so the Operator's assistant can exchange text messages with its enrolled users: the Operator and, where invited, Invited Contacts. By enrolling a phone number, an enrolled user agrees to receive automated text messages from runthisby: notifications, reminders, answers to their own requests, and account or security alerts, sent only to numbers whose owners have opted in and to no one else.
Opt-in and consent. There is no public sign-up form. The Operator enrolls inside the application's private, authenticated configuration. An Invited Contact is first authorized by the Operator and then opts in from their own phone. The complete enrollment flows, including the consent notice as displayed, are documented on the SMS Opt-In page. Numbers that have not been both authorized and opted in receive no messages and no service.
- Consent: messages are sent only to enrolled users who opted in directly. The Operator opts in through the private configuration; Invited Contacts opt in from their own phones after the Operator authorizes their numbers. Opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything; nothing is offered for sale on this site.

- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages. Reply START to resume. Consent may also be withdrawn by emailing support@runthisby.me.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. No warranty
The site and the assistant are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a private personal system, no service level is promised to anyone.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator accepts no liability to any third party arising from this site. No service is offered to the public, and none should be relied upon.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time; the current version is always posted at this URL with its effective date.
